Self-study
Hi, I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to ask you guys, what are your strategies when approaching flaw questions? This is something that I still struggle with after learning all the flaw types, but it seems like my brain freezes, when presented with a stimulus and I have to identify which flaw type it is :(
I would love to hear from you all!

I use the 2-step process and have really found it to be helpful for me. A bunch of mistakes that I have made in the past have been due to my neglect of one of the steps.
@Stas1973 Thank you kindly!
Hi!
I also struggled a lot with flaw questions until it just starts to make sense. Just like you said I also learned the common flaw types, but I feel like it takes a good amount of practice for your brain to start to really recognize those patterns through convoluted language. Definitely a lot of practice has helped me and also identifying the conclusion and asking why?and trying to see why the premise falls short in support of the conclusion. You should really take your time with the stimulus and force yourself to predict the AC before looking at them and after doing that so many times it becomes sort of automatic.
@Shukrana Thank you so much. I am getting more in the habit of trying to predict my answer before moving on to the answer choices. I attempted another problem and got it right from just finding the gap and predicting my answer choice. I think unlike sufficient questions. I am so focused on trying to identify the flaw and forget about the gap in argument which has caused me a problem.
