What should I do with this? I started getting calls from staff during the 4th passage in rc and ended up just aborting the whole thing to go into work. If I keep it it will mess up my stats and what to focus on. If I delete it it will mess with what questions I’ve done already.

In the future if you just pause the test and x out of the tab, the test can be resumed later. It may not be fully representative as an actual PT but it will still let you practice it.
I think I'd probably delete the test, then go into Settings -> PrepTest pools and remove it from all of the available pools. You'd lose the three mostly unaffected sections from your stats, but it would solve your other problems.
