What do you write in the wrong answer journal? I recently copied the Q/As, inital thoughts about stimuli, thoughts about intial strategy, break down why each A is wrong/ right, and future strategy. Since i use notion I do use tags and color some text for more organization.
Should I rewrite the whole Q/A and breakdown why each ans is wrong? Or should I just focus on my incorrect answer and strategy? Am I doing too much?

I agree with Altan, with the addition that 1) if you weren't at all tempted by an AC, there's no need to write down why that AC is wrong, and 2) I'm also a big fan of writing why I chose the incorrect answer in the first place. Understanding that thought process makes it easier to identify the gaps in your own specific understanding!
You want to capture (a) why the right answer is right; (b) why the wrong answers are wrong and; (c) explain a pattern or overall takeaway. I found it most helpful to have clear directions and an actionable way to not repeat mistakes. Whatever fits into your flow and helps you is the best way to go! (But still try to hit those main three points)
