Any advantages or disadvantages of taking the exam in person on a Wednesday versus a Friday? I get distracted easily, so I'm thinking Wednesday could be less busy and therefore a better option, but I'm curious to hear thoughts from folks before I register tonight. Thanks!

I agree that timing and location are most important. Taking it on the later date gives you a couple extra study days, which could be useful. But, overall, I wouldn't give much thought to the day of the week, as long as you're getting a time and location you like.

Personal preference! Wednesday would probably be less busy. Whichever day/ time matches your current PT and study schedule is usually best. I was thrown off by an earlier test since I would usually take my PTs and study at night. I found it much easier for myself to take the test at 9PM rather than 9AM, but that's just because it fit my routine!

i also get distracted easily, and when i took mine on a saturday the center was actually completely full and I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to finish testing. However, I had no problems with distractions fortunately as the desks are very private and I brought foam ear plugs. One advantage of doing a saturday is you have a slightly less long wait to get your score back

I cant think of any. I will say biggest tip is to book a time closest to when you are used to taking your PTs. I foolishly booked an 8am exam when I typically take PTs in the afternoon/evening and lets just say it did not go well. Wishing you luck!
