LSAC did another dumb feature change. Select a text and the highlighter tool will pop up. It's manual instead of the old automatic feature (in the sense that you have to toggle "Highlight" every time you select). If you don't see it try refreshing your page.
@jt8618 I'm seeing that in LR but not RC... weird!
