I'm taking the Aug 8 LSAT. I got a 167 back in early July which I was thrilled by because I'm aiming for a high 160s score. But since then, I've gotten a 159 (took coming off a red eye so whatever), 162, and a 161. I feel like the harder I work to drill certain question types, review intensely, the dumber I'm getting. Everyone online says to taper off the week before the exam, but I want to cram and I just don't know what do do. Eek!

be sure to mix drills with timed full sections! my goal is mid 160s , two PTs ago was 170 (WOAH) and most recent..a 159 lol. I realizied I hadn't been working on timing in a while with full sections. Now I try to do at least 2 sections a week. Just hard to tetris a schedule between drilling and reviewing sections. Wanted to take Sept, but that killed my confidence and am thinking I'll register for Oct now. Best of luck!!
Hello! I am also aiming for a high 160 and I am having the same problem. I was originally planning on taking the September LSAT but I’m now taking the October LSAT because my PT score kept dropping (157 in May and the progressively gotten lower until my recent score of 151). I feel like I’m also getting worse the more I drill and review. I hope someone gets back to you because I would also like an answer to your concern lol.
