I'd love to help.
The place I'd start is by giving you a much more structured, top-down process for approaching each question. The goal is to stay in control of the question from beginning to end by using the question stem to determine exactly what the correct answer needs to accomplish and where in the passage that impact needs to occur.
Once those two pieces are in place, you already know what you're looking for before you ever begin evaluating the answer choices. At that point, the job becomes finding the answer choice that best matches that objective, rather than reading each answer independently and asking, "Could this be right?"
In my experience, that's a much more reliable and efficient way to approach the LSAT. It creates greater consistency from question to question, improves confidence under timed conditions, and makes it much easier to identify and build the individual reasoning skills that still need work.
Also, my hourly rate is actually well below your $100/hour budget, so I think we'd be able to find something that works well for both of us.
