Hi everyone! I am taking the LSAT this friday and have been experiencing some nervousness as the day gets closer! For context I have quite severe anxiety/anxiety disorders, but I've found myself today feeling "itchy" and having a hard time getting through a practice test today. I've completed half of it, and my goal was to review it tomorrow, study Wednesday, and have Thursday off before the test. But I don't know if I should just stop studying for the day, and complete the PT tmrw or just keep pushing through it today. I just feel nervous and uneasy and I don't want it to affect my confidence or performance. Any advice helps! :/ (last week I scored well on a PT and felt quite good about myself, what changed ?!)

I got mine on Thursday and honestly, I think what's the best way to not stress and make sure you do best is to keep the studying light. Just review your journal or what I'm doing right now and it's just short drilling on level 3 difficulty as a confidence booster. As well as make sure you're sleeping and honestly take a day to enjoy a hobby and go do what you do for a workout or other stress relievers. Now is not the time to build up new logic but to reinforce what you already know and build confidence wishing you the best of luck!

Practice this week until you end on a good note so your confidence is up, then take a break! On test day zero in on focus rather than being anxious about speed. Try to be so in the zone that you don’t need to read things multiple times or over analyze if you’re doing as well as your practice. Coach yourself out of thoughts that are not related to this sentence you are actively reading. Ie immediately stop trains of thought like “this is the real test” and no “what ifs”!!! “what if I get this wrong? What if I don’t get to the last passage?” That’s wasting time. Finally, pretend your brain is an etch a sketch and if you don’t understand what you just read, forget it and be willing to read it again to understand. Good luck!
