To provide some context, I am a first-generation graduate, and worked an office cleaning job the first two years of uni to finance my housing. I have had two people review my resume, one who suggests I remove it, and another who says I shouldn’t. I’m really looking for any input on what to do! I also want to mention that resume space isn’t an issue for me!

I don't see why you should remove it! A job is a job no matter what you do.

That is a very honest job I would be proud to have on my resume. Congrats on getting yourself thru school!

From the admissions perspective, I always wanted to understand how you spent your time in college. If you had a job to pay the bills, 90% of the time, it was something akin to what you did, or working in the dining hall, or work with the landscaping team, or waiting tables, etc. So I'd encourage you to keep it!

I'd keep it, as it can demonstrate a strong work ethic needed to complete the rigors of law school
