😖 Frustrated

question - test centers

Does anyone know if there is somewhere I can indicate issues with a test center? When I took my test today someone was being very loud and aggressive with their mouse + every 2 minutes it sounded like someone was banging a mini gong (mind you, I had noise blocking earmuffs on and it was so loud it really affected my concentration). On top of that someone else kept making weird sounds and not a single proctor asked them to stop... I did my best to try to ignore it as I know a lot of people have "test taking tics" where they shake their leg, or shift around a lot, but this was so loud it could not be ignored. It would've been different if it only happened a few times, but it was constant noise. I would've thought the proctors would have went over to them and asked whoever it was to stop being disruptive. This is the only time I have had a negative experience, but I would like to voice my concerns so maybe someone does something about it for future test takers there (even though I am sure nothing will be done).

you can leave a review or file a complaint on prometric. I don't think you can complain about the mouse sounds because those are just a normal part of being in the testing room. if someone else was actually making loud, weird noises then yeah, that's a valid complaint.
