i thought i would come on here to get some feedback. basically, i’ve been studying since may (not as consistently as i would have liked), and i didn’t work this summer so that i could study and write the test this september. i’ve recently hit a mid-160s plateau, and my goal score is a 173 (ish). i’m really debating pushing my test at this point because i don’t think i can reach my goal score in the next two and a half weeks. but im also going back to school this fall, and i won’t have nearly as much time to study once the school year starts. so i’m wondering, do i write september and then register for october/november? or just skip september entirely and try for october/november. or alternatively, since i’m not applying this cycle i could write it next summer but i’ll be working full time, and that’s a big gap in studying. IDK WHAT TO DO if anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it.

It’s easy to feel like mid 160s is bad, and compare ourselves. I’m in around the same place.

I can’t tell you what to do but for me I’m choosing to write. I can always write again later and have a higher score. Mid 160s is not bad by any means.

I’m going back to school in the fall too. For me I chose to lock it in, rather than risk falling off during the school year and not locking in what is already a great score
