Hi everyone! I am looking for advice on a topic I want to pursue for my personal statement, and was wondering if anyone could help or direct me to someone/somewhere that can help! I don't necessarily have the money to spend, especially since I currently just need some quick advice on my potential topic. Thank you!

I've helped three people on the forums with feedback so far, if you want some quick feedback on your topic? i booked one of the 7sage essay things which was very helpful and i've read a lot about personal statements becuase i'm applying as a splitter.
but aside from that, i really recommend you dont overthink the topic at this stage. just write it out no matter what it is. if you dont like it, you gained experience and perspective from it, and you've refined your idea for a better topic on your own. if you do like it, you have an essay to work on! seriously just write it out first, since youre going to be a lawyer and writing a ton anyway.
dean z of umich recommended the book "bird by bird" for personal statements. i ended up reading it and loved it. a lot of the advice from the first 3 chapters really applies to personal statements for sure so i recommend checking it out. it's popular enough to be at your library if you live in a moderately sized city or you can buy it for $6 online like i did. i also recommend her podcast episode on "choosing a topic / difficult topics"
