I've sat in on several admissions calls with law schools and all of them say unless your score is significantly lower than you were hoping (like 10 points or more), it's better to keep it. With only a 4 point difference, I would keep it because a cancelled score often looks much worse than 159.

keep it. lsat scores are within a band of plus/minus 3 or 4 anyway. so no, they won't think the 163 was luck.
