Hi! Take a couple of days off after today’s test to recharge. For the next five weeks, focus on building consistency instead of just cranking out as many passages as you can.

During the first week, i would just do one passage at a time and don’t worry about the clock. After each paragraph, pause and ask yourself what its purpose is, what the author thinks, and how it fits into the bigger picture. When you review, make sure you can point to direct support for every right answer, and take a second to figure out why each wrong answer doesn’t work.

In weeks two and three, i would start timing yourself on individual passages. When you miss a question, try to figure out if it was because you misunderstood something, lost track of where info was, got tricked by a tempting answer, or just spent too long on one question. If a passage gives you trouble, come back to it a few days later and see if you’ve really learned from it.

For the last two weeks, i would aim for two or three full timed RC sections each week and give them a solid blind review. Keep an eye on your pacing, but don’t stress about making every passage fit the same time—some just take longer. Practice flagging tough questions and moving on so you don’t let one question throw off your whole section. In the final days, ease up and avoid cramming. You’ve got this.

I would also target specific passage types if there are any you struggle with. For me, I could race through law and econ readings, but I struggled with the artistic passages and some science passages. 7Sage lets you just do art/humanities or science passages, and don't be afraid to do a full 4 passages timed of just those types.
