🤔 Inquisitive

LSAT Addendum

Hello! I had a question about LSAT Addenda, as I have seen mixed recommendations online.

I've sat for the exam four times, first in 2024 and the rest in 2026. My scores are as followed: 157, 162, 159, 165 (I am not sure what happened either 😅)

I'm not as concerned for the first initial jump as almost two years had passed, but should I explain the drop between the two 160s? The last jump was over the course of one month...

Thanks in advance!

  • Side note, I did not cancel my scores because it was not financially worth it to me.

  • I also already had to write a transcript addendum, and I don't want to potentially irritate AOs with how much they have to read😅

The key thing to explain is the eight point total jump and that final jump. The difference between a 162 and 159 is negligible - LSAC would consider those to be in the same score band, so you don’t really need to worry about explaining that.

    I hope that helps!
