I am hoping someone might be able to provide some information on this prep-course. I have not been able to locate much online and am not even sure if it is still offered. Does anyone know how to reach Larry? Does anyone know the length of this course if it is still offered? I would appreciate any help I can get on this.

I will be testing in just a few days and have to say the majority of my nerves are from not knowing what to expect during the actual test. I have a few (possibly really dumb and/or basic) questions I am hoping someone can assist me with. 1) Is the timer visible at all times (will I be able to tell if I am on a good pace)? 2. I know there is supposed to be more room to write and diagram on the test itself than in the past - is there any guidelines around how much you can or can't write on the test itself? 3. What am I allowed to bring into the room to actually take the test? 4. Any basic advice for a first time test taker in regard to the actual test environment? ..... I appreciate any advice you can offer.
If I know there is only one or two schools I would be able to attend to accommodate my personal circumstances such as location, should I still apply to multiple schools for potential scholarship leverage?
Thank you for doing this. There was so much great content, however, a couple of the key takeaways for me was with resume formatting (and importance) in addition to touching on the strategy for gaining better scholarships. I do intend on reaching out as I would really like to get some advice regarding my specific situation.
I am going through the trial material right now and have already decided to postpone my test until the fall. What I am wondering is how intuitive is the material? Will it walk me through some of the more (seemingly) complex lessons in regard to practice tests, etc.? I have a little bit (lot) of anxiety regarding this and wanted to see if someone would mind sharing some of your experiences and advice you would give to a new user to the site.
I think the key to studying with questions you are already familiar with is to focus on proving out the answers using the fundamentals you have been learning. In other words focus on explaining in detail why the four choices are not correct - leaving you with only the right answer. Good luck - I will be taking the test for the 3rd (and hopefully last) time in November as well. You got this!
I have two for your consideration:

Lawgit Talk and Advice
Thank you for all of the great information and advice tonight. The one lesson I would recommend to everyone for review is "How to Pick a Personal Statement Topic".
@ what area seems to give you the most trouble?
Wow, you have come such a long way low 140's to consistently scoring in the 160's is an amazing accomplishment. While on this journey, I have found that the smallest distractions can have an impact on my ability to remain calm and fully rely on my instincts. You have put in the hours of practice, you have demonstrated that you are fully capable of scoring in the range you are hoping to consistently, so now it is about having the confidence to crush it on test day. It is hard to say if postponing is good or not as there are so many factors, however, if there is no down side to postponing I would not take that off the table with so much going on. Confidence walking in seems to really make all of the difference. Congratulations again on your progress - well done!
If anything, a lot of people that have studied for the LSAT and are attending law school (or who have finished) probably think that studying for a couple of months, taking the test, and then starting school is not quite as easy as some might think. I, like many others on here, have delayed and have felt the need to explain my reasoning to work and family. Most seem to understand the desire to knock it out of the park, attend the school of our dreams, and the desire to get the scholarship we know we are capable of getting! If nothing else, most everyone in the 7Sage community does!!!! If you are not ready quite yet, then there is simply no other choice to be made! Best of luck to you.
I have learned so much already, however, I know my best is yet to come.
Pros:
7Sage is truly amazing!
The Casio watch J.Y. recommends rocks during actual testing (I think that is why the price is up to $19.92, yes .92 that is odd right, at the store – but I can tell you it is worth every penny)! While they had a clock in the test center, I would have had zero chance trying to follow it during the live sections. I don’t think I would ever want to test without it – thank you J.Y.!!!!
I believe I scored exactly in line with how I was prepared – nothing caught me off guard – I felt great about my strong sections and struggled in my weak ones.
Understanding where my weak sections are actually fueled my confidence while I struggled through them if that makes sense. In other words, I knew what I didn’t know therefore it did not shake me at all while testing.
Cons:
Here is where I need your help –
I am determined to score a 160+ in June (I have been currently scoring in the low 150’s). Do I just start the course over from the beginning and try to deepen my understanding of all of the fundamentals, or, do I focus on the lowest hanging fruit which for me is by far Logic Games (this is my worst section every time and it is not even close).
I appreciate this community so much – thanks for taking the time to help someone that has been asking a ton of basic questions – I hope to pay it forward someday (after my second test of course, lol)!
I am right there with you. I actually had a 2 point drop in June. I am more determined than ever to score well in November - at this point it is a pride issue, lol. It will be my third take and I have decided (and started) to work through the CC again. I am just missing to many of the easier questions and WAY to many on LG so I am going to focus on the fundamentals first. I have read a lot of different opinions on this so can only speak from my perspective but I can already tell a difference in regard to how I am processing the information.
Under different circumstances I might agree with focusing on the areas where you struggled, however, your other PTs scores indicate to me that you are comfortable with the material. If that is the case, I am not sure that two weeks of focusing on something you missed primarily due to anxiety/stress will get you where you want to be. I think the key is understanding that you can take it again if you need to and reminding yourself that you have put in the hard work and that you have demonstrated you understand how the test works. Be confident on test day and do all that you can to remove that sense of the "last opportunity" to test - especially when that is not the case. You were averaging 173-174 six months ago - you got this!
I have to agree with @ on this one. You have clearly demonstrated that you have the knowledge required to score in the 170s. I think you might by psyching yourself out a little to much by allowing unnecessary stress to become a big part of the equation. If I had to offer a strategy for the final two weeks to you I would suggest focusing on your strengths when studying to help you with regaining confidence. You got this!
Good Morning - The school I am hoping to attend has encouraged me to move forward with the LSAT tomorrow. I believe a 150-153 in addition to a high GPA would make me a strong candidate. However, I would like to know if there is a way to see the type of scholarships they offer based on a combination of GPA, LSAT score. While I am confident I can score a 150+ and I have a 3.8+ GPA I would really like to maximize the scholarship funds available. If this means me retesting in June to get a higher score on my LSAT then I would rather do that. However, if the difference in a 153 and a 160 is only minimal from a scholarship perspective then I believe it would make sense to not delay my application. Would really appreciate your thoughts on this.
I am looking for one or two individuals to study with over the next several weeks. This would be for a couple of hours per week in the evenings or on the weekends. We could meet up via via Skype or Zoom. At the moment I am focusing on LG, however, studying a section or two weekly in LR would be very beneficial. If you are interested and think you could benefit from this please direct message me. Thank you and happy studying!
Based on a true story "Hoosiers" is one of the most motivating movies you will ever watch. It reminds us of how powerful practice, discipline, and believing in yourself can be. When no one else thinks you can do it, when all odds are against you, when you think you can't win, just remember the hard work you put in and always bet on yourself!
I really need some solid guidance with this one. With only 3 days to go before testing - would I be better off postponing until June altogether, or is there a benefit to testing on Saturday knowing that I will likely need to retest in June?
@ Thank you for tips on Logic Games. I am definitely going to give this approach a try and see if I can find that break through!
Would really like to hear how others are approaching the CC.
This is all motivating me to study harder - thank you all!
Good Evening - I am working methodically back through the CC to try and deepen my overall understanding. I find it curious that there are parts that I must have skimmed over as I don't remember reviewing (really started last November). While going through the CC I am deep diving into LG... this is a huge area of opportunity for me and based on what everyone says the one area that everyone should be able to see significant improvement. I am usually around -15 (ouch) if anyone is interested in studying LG specifically and am about where I am from an understanding point just let me know.
Is this access available with ultimate or just ultimate+?
Looking forward to joining next week. Have you already selected a test to review?
I am working full time and trying to put together a new study plan. Just curious how many hours others are putting into studying weekly (in preparation for the November test)?
I would be interested in joining a study group for RC.
I am working through the core curriculum again... I am really targeting November as my third and final take - the more study time I can get in the better!!!!
I am taking in November (or January) for the third and final time (I hope, lol)… I am interested in a study group/partner as well.
If you are achieving 170 on your PT's then it is clear you have the ability. Seems as if now it is a matter of getting more consistent. From your post it sounds as if not giving it one last try would feel like settling. I have been struggling with that myself. July2018taker said it best "only you can answer if you should settle or not." I would say it's to important to do that... You have already put so much work into it - reach for your goal... Your post has actually helped me understand that taking another test is the right thing for me to do as well... thank you for the topic.
Good Morning - I would definitely love to participate in a study group. I have taken the test twice and am attempting to build a strategy that will allow me to take it one last time in November. I don't classify any section as a true strength, however, I scored the best in LR and have now scored the lowest both times in LG. I have availability to study after 7 p.m. CST through the week and am pretty open on Saturday and Sunday (with the exception of 12-2 Sundays).
