      Books, Bar and Beyond!

Ab initio - (from the beginning) It being Latin for "from the beginning", and the goal being from LSAT prep to career for the blog, it made sense.

Seriatim - (in series) A Seriatim opinion is when judges read all of their opinions on the case, rather than a single judge reading one opinion that represents the whole court. If your blog has multiple guest writers... well, you can sorta see where my mind was going with this.

Ok so I'm always up for a good pun. For the overall title:

      The Brief

      Due Process

      Sage Page

7 and the Legal Profession (eh... it rhymes)

For sections (call the menu Sidebar... or the whole blog?):

      Burden of Proofreading

      Application Capital Offenses

May the Record Reflect... (application things)

Class Action (about transcripts, LORs, etc)

      De Novo (transfer student things)

Something about Undue Hardship for scholarship-related things.
