I initially chose C as the answer . But it is clearly wrong as I figured out in my BR that Anna's reply is not leading to that conclusion. Anna statement, prima facie, is not concerned with the customer's fee. (And obviously, I watched J.Y.'s explanation as to why it will be the wrong answer choice).
The option D combines both the statements and is the perfectly summarises or is a good follow up to Anna's statement.
