I honestly found this to be the easiest question I've answered during my entire prep. Am i missing something here with the PSG difficulty and Q difficulty rating?

The support is what the premise is providing to the argument. I.e. the premise provides the idea x (support), which supports the conclusion. However, presenting idea Y (weakening the support) diminishes or nullifies the value of idea x.

It's a word that conveys specific meaning!
