I only piucked D over B, because D matches how Chin's response is equating public opinion with being biased (Chin is ike, yeah ofc public opinion = biased af). So if theyre the same insert "skeptics" in place of "the general public" (general public = skeptics in Chin's view), and it makes sense to choose D. Waller just mentions it more explicitly but its implied in Chin's response that the general public are skeptic. (Chin says: public opinion, will always be biased in favor of such skeptics.)

So what if you don't have time to diagram this on the test? Anyone want to briefly explain how they work through this just with visualization of the argument?
