If I have median or below median LSAT but have extreme softs how should I operate for admissions this coming cycle? I have a lot of softs that I have been told set me apart such as 3.9 masters GPA, military service, worked at the NSA with the highest security clearance, and have many medals. However, I cannot get over the 150 hump into a higher score. I am taking the LSAT again in Sep to hopefully apply mid to late OCT. Should I lean towards schools that value more of a holistic approach? How should one approach admissions with strong softs and not as strong hard factors?

@NatMan I have heard this as well but have also seen anything before Thanksgiving is considered in the "early" pool.
I am confused as I am watching more decisions roll out in the decision tracker tab. Why would schools deny students that have high LSAT and GPA? What factors would get them denied other than those? This is not in reference to the top ranked schools.

I look up the upper level of lawyer job postings on Indeed and remind myself that those numbers can be obtainable if I keep pushing myself. I also remind myself that others are pushing themselves harder and if I want to get what I want I need to push myself and want it more than anyone else.
@NatMan That makes sense, I did not take that into consideration!
