@LindseyGasaway One thing that might help is that "therefore" is a conclusion indicator, so make sure to assess that claim to see if it is truly a conclusion.
Also, remember that a conclusion IS a claim. It just is a claim that is supported by the premise(s). So look for the relationship of support: does one or more claims try to support any other claim?
@Sameer_Ahamad I disagree. If you were to try and make it an argument, I would say that "I miss you" is the conclusion. --> I'm trying to persuade you that "I miss you. " (conclusion)
"Why should I believe that?"
"Well, I'm hugging you. " (premise/evidence)
If you d it the other way around, it doesn't make much sense for "I miss you" to be evidence/premise for a conclusion of "I'm hugging you."
