I originally got it right but missed it in BR. in Br I choose A because one of my biggest flaws in taking the lsat is "this sounds right" and not im 100% sure. I do agree it is E because he starts by asking are you sure, and then goes to say do we know whether people have other lifestyle factors. he is suggesting that if the study would rule out these other explanations it would be legit. A is just saying he is questioning the validity but he never said anything that questions the validity he just added alternative explanations.
5/5 ive been thinking of premise as evidence and the conclusion as what is the author trying to prove.
