@CharlesWagener "But this is not a sustainable, long term solution" is a sub-conclusion. Why? Because it answers the "why should we believe this" for the main conclusion — They should stop producing food waste and shut down.
Also, the last sentence not supporting "But this is not a sustainable, long-term solution" is all the more reason why the last sentence could be the main conclusion and not the sub-conclusion.
Remember, a sub-conclusion serves as a premise to the main conclusion, not the other way round. Thus, the should stop.... because this is not a sustainable, long term solution.
Edit: pay close attention to the video. I believe you might have misunderstood what JY was saying. He said the second sentence is not a conclusion, but that doesn't mean it isn't a dub-conclusion. He even hints at it being a sub-conclusion when he states that if the following sentence after the second sentence were not present, the second sentence would be the conclusion. Rather it now serves as a premise to the main conclusion.
@CeciliaCardenas Sounds like a great idea! let me know what you have in mind. And side note; I'm trying to tone down on my socials, so iMessage works best for me rn. However, I'm willing to compromise if need be.
