4.1 is an argument because it claims that more advertising could improve sales on the unpopular toy. In the argument "We should try it" advertising the unpopular toy is "it." The premise of "improving sales" is the support for the claim "we should try."
6.1 and 8.2 are not arguments because the sentences do not support the other. The first thing to do would be to find the claim, and there is no claim because there is no backing evidence. As he explained in previous videos, you can't have one without the other (evidence and premise).
