6.1 and 8.2 are not arguments because the sentences do not support the other. The first thing to do would be to find the claim, and there is no claim because there is no backing evidence. As he explained in previous videos, you can't have one without the other (evidence and premise).

It's based on context. You need to find which of the statements is being supported by the other statement. Then you will find the conclusion. I hope that makes sense.
