that's me after an RC passage where I thought I comprehended it quite well...

Do it. Reading this question made me curious to learn more about schools that don't have tests and raise animals.

Should compile some of these godforsaken RC passages into books for your future children, just so they fully understand what you endured.

I don't have one to swap at the moment, but I'll read yours if you like.

No, your transcripts have all the data they need on when you started college. Don't write them unless its something big - like maybe if you forgot to mention a graduate degree, or wrote Harvard on your resume when you meant Howard. Stuff like that.

If life was just, you'd be able to submit this writing sample in place of an LSAT score and be accepted into the law school of your choosing. Best of luck on your test. However it goes, call your dad.

I agree. Plus have to consider that for each person who has been diagnosed with something like ADHD, there must be several others with it who are going through life undiagnosed. With the LSAT that would mean a lot of people with ADHD who go in without accommodations, max out at 150 and just assume they're bad at taking tests. Meanwhile thousands of others who had the privilege of access to doctors (legitimate or a paid online service) who are willing to fill out the LSAC forms get extra time and are deemed to be more competent.

Puts LSAC in a tricky situation since they justify their exam by claims its predictive of 1L performance. If, hypothetically, a significant portion of the current 1L class at HLS cheated on their exam, but are now performing well enough in class that the school doesn't notice any difference between them and their peers who didn't cheat... What does that say about the test?

It is worth taking another test. I know some here consistently score high on their LSAT, but for me there can be a lot of variation between exams. I average around 167 on practice exams, but occasionally I encounter one with RC passages that really kick my ass. Its possible the September test has more questions that click with you for whatever reason.
