Yesterday I took my second test. The original was exactly one year ago to the day. Although I still don’t know what my new score is I do think I did significantly better than last time. Ironically, I get my results while I’m at Disneyland, so even if the score isn’t fabulous how can I be sad while on the Matterhorn?
Last time I couldn’t understand anything, I’m talking even level two difficulty for questions. This time around I was nailing level five questions🥰. I tend to be negative and never allowed myself this entire time to think about the positive just in case it blew up in my face. However, after walking out of that test yesterday, I never felt more optimistic in my life about a test.
I did sign up to take the test again in November ahead of time, just in case my score didn’t turn out to be that great from October. So I’m allowing myself a little break and then continuing to study as if the school I get is not what I wanted.
Today, however, I really am thinking I did pretty decent though, and I just wanted to share it!🥳
My husband is forcing me to be positive throughout the last weeks before my test. He is a classic ray of sunshine...I, however, was meant to be a lawyer, essentially. He is getting really tired of my pessimism, and so I'm writing a post to tell you all that my score improved yesterday...(sorry in advance). Taking the test timed is my most difficult issue, and yesterday I was able to do an LR and RC section with modified time, meaning that over the next few weeks I will slowly close the gap between the time I am doing and the required time for the LSAT.
He said I should be proud, so here's to trying!
This test feels like a state of purgatory.
I am at the point in my LSAT journey that I decided to write letters to the future children (I don't even have, mind you), telling them that they had better appreciate all the mind-numbing, gut-wrenching, self-abusive work their future momma is doing right now.
I demand respite!
Legit read C and said "No no, extreme and RUDE" my bad, I should have realized the LSAT isn't here to make friends :(
