This helped me really process what I was doing wrong. Correct me if I'm wrong but when doing Sufficient assumption questions, the new concept is in the conclusion and not in the premises. Meanwhile Necessary assumption questions have "new concepts" but here it's known as the "missing piece" and it's found in the premises not in the conclusion

@AnaColuma I thought the same until I took the claim and the end of the stimulus and asked "why" and then "Because" and vice versa. It didn't make sense that "x" was therefore "y" (Y being A)

The first argument is the strongest due to the way the facts help conclude how Walt has the Genie pass via process of elimination. There's only two possibilities as to how Walt obtained it.

The second argument provides the conclusion and an example to support the conclusion, instead of listing mammals that do work as pets.

The third doesn't provide evidence that the cat actually pushed the trash bin, rather it just provided assumptions. It tries to use the cats past actions to support the argument.

Tiger: Not all birds can mimic speech. After all, a hummingbird flys fast and quietly.

Disney: Guests in Hampton inns have been permitted unlimited access to the common area lounge with a guest pass. Those without a guest pass only have access to the common area from 11am to 8pm and will have to pay a fine if they stay past closing hours. Cathy stays in the common area lounge until 10pm every night, but has never received a fine. Cathy must have the guest pass.

Trash Bin: A gardener had gone to cater to her garden, but finds it in disarray. The flowers she had planted are out of place and there's dirt everywhere. When she looks up, she sees her dog asleep with dirt on his paws, as he usually does after being outside. Her hypothesis is that her dog played in her garden, causing the flowers and dirt to be in disarray.
