You're definitely not alone! I'd be lying if I said that juggling work full-time, marriage (+ moving), & LSAT/application prep wasn't exhausting. May not be for everyone, but I typically take advantage of the free time I have on the weekends to study more in depth (usually spend 1-1.5 hrs a day on weekdays).

I would recommend connecting with them on LinkedIn & sending them a message after they've accepted. You could also just send them a brief email using their university email address. Most profs/teachers in general are really happy to hear from previous students regardless of how long it's been. Best of luck!
