The first sentence in the stimulus was not at all difficult for me to parse, since I have myself been one of those "short-sighted car owners" who forgot to do a scheduled oil change on my car and needed an emergency oil change!

@JuliaLambert Just found this in my notes from earlier in the course: "No contrapositives for quantifiers "some" and "most"; contrapositives are just for conditional claims.

There are no contrapositives of logic involving quantifiers, am I right?

How does the passive voice factor in to conditional logic? I haven't heard it mentioned so far in any of the video explanations, but a lot of the trouble in conditional logic, especially in this lesson and others immediately surrounding, seems to stem from the fact that the agent in the sentence -- the thing actually making the action happen -- is buried in the predicate because of the passive voice.
