Does anyone else feel answer E is equal to D on question 2

@Lsatstudier I have read this 10 times and "ALL" is simply wrong like what about totally isolated cultures in the middle of the rainforest. A seems like a better answer than C everytime. Sometimes I stand by the LSAC being wrong
