I i initially chose B. think B is an almost good answer, but I don't think it encapsulates the argument entirely. I think the most important part of the argument is that one cannot exist while the other one survives- Harry Potter type beat.

yeah E was the correct answer. So the first few sentences are the thesis shown to be impossible: how would two things be the exact same, and one is considered art, and the other is not? Then the author actually says, well, it's true because appearance alone does not make art art.
