Hi all,
https://7sage.com/blog/negate-statements-lsat
I was reading this blog post and wanted to ask a question. Would it be descriptively accurate to say the negation of a conditional statement -- if A, then B. vs. Some of A is not B. -- is a logical contradiciton? I'm asking because of the language used in the post. For example, if a question stimulus said "Some people believe if A then B. That is wrong, because Some a and not B." Would that be described as disproving the statement or that the author is showing a logical contradiction if the conditional is taken to be true?
Hi, all -
I don't have problems finishing all the questions in a timed section, and I have gotten very efficient at completing the first 15 questions in 15 minutes. Would it be smart to start with question 20 and try to tackle the hardest questions when I am freshest?
Lots of practice tests and seeing the cookie-cutter nature of the questions. You really can go into hunt mode in the first 10-15 questions after reading enough of the stimuli to get a sense of what the test writers are looking for. Good luck, and you got this!
