In my humble opinion, these answer choices were created to throw us off. In super simple terms, answer choice B is the only one that actually mentions the hypothetical scenario. It's the counterintuitive consequence that trips everyone up because, when you're under a time crunch, your first thought is that there are no obvious consequences here.

However, when you look deeper, the consequence is that we may mistake something that is not intelligent for something that actually is intelligent. That's what the answer choice is referring to.
