@Charles No I think you are generally correct in your understanding of NA's but I think you just missed the underlying implication. Let me explain: If something was difficult but is now much easier, then there is a strong implication that it is no longer difficult, place that understanding in the context of the question and the portion of the conclusion that every species would be difficult to domesticate is undermined.

why do we assume the eligibility aspect... wouldn't it make sense for someone to deserve the award based on satisfying the second condition but they are simply ineligible?

@Julietb07 If you spent too much time or flagged the question it will tell you to review it the same way as if you had gotten the question wrong. Just because blind review tells you to review a question doesn't mean you got it wrong. If it messes you up there is a way to disable it in settings.
