When they refer to cycle do they mean days of the week? Like a 2 day cycle would be 2 days and 3 day cycle is 3 days? I think the word cycle is throwing me off and causing me to not understand the stimulus.

I have noticed that in many of the videos the explanations are extremely long and confusing and often make no sense. We will not have time to do that on the test so it would be beneficial to have a simplified explanation. #feedback
