@ChristinaDupree I think getting over the testing anxiety helps. Taking it once and seeing what the test is like day of helped when I took it the second time. So maybe take an earlier test even if you aren’t fully ready.
Hours was literally just whenever I had time. I took a break from academics and pushed it all off for a week. Made the next week brutal but hey it worked out.
As someone averaged about -4 per section and got a 165, the issue is all about time. You know the answer. You need to DRILL and do not worry about time.
I rose my score 10 points in 3 weeks. It is all about getting faster at them. Do not worry about the time, just worry about getting them right. Eventually after grinding you will learn you can do it faster. Sit down for 2 hours. Nonstop questions. Get the process in your head. Then it will translate.
I went from a ~148 diagnostic (don't remember) in May of 2025. I took my first LSAT in October after studying nonstop over the summer and into the school year. I got a 155. I was disappointed. Very upset. I only rose 7 points in 5 months. I had 3 weeks to lock in. Constant drilling. Over 8 practice tests. I have a 165. I am almost done applying to law schools. Bang.
165!!!!!!
It'll be tough but I recommend to have everything ready to go and the day your LSAT score is filled out to press submit. So focus on filling out apps for the next month. I got my score back last week and so now I am in scramble mode. Wish I focused more on the essays.
For some reason, I was given this passage in the Drill section for the Single Position Drill.
@J.Y.Ping Thank you JY! Couldn’t have done it without you sir. 🫡
