Self-study
I went from a ~148 diagnostic (don't remember) in May of 2025. I took my first LSAT in October after studying nonstop over the summer and into the school year. I got a 155. I was disappointed. Very upset. I only rose 7 points in 5 months. I had 3 weeks to lock in. Constant drilling. Over 8 practice tests. I have a 165. I am almost done applying to law schools. Bang.

Congratulations! I hope I can follow your journey one day soon.
Congrats!!! Great to hear these stories! Drilling seems to be the answer to help with your score! I was wondering whether I should keep practicing by drilling, and if it would really improve my score?
Best wishes on your law school journey!
@BethTaylor Thank you!! Drilling definitely helps!
wishing this was me congrats!
congrats!!
congrats !!
you give me hope
Congratulations, can you please describe the process? How many hours what was the difference between this one and the last besides drills? Drills make me nervous. Thanks, Christina
@ChristinaDupree I think getting over the testing anxiety helps. Taking it once and seeing what the test is like day of helped when I took it the second time. So maybe take an earlier test even if you aren’t fully ready.
Hours was literally just whenever I had time. I took a break from academics and pushed it all off for a week. Made the next week brutal but hey it worked out.
pray for me
