@lsattsal I was going to comment this exactly. The final sentence in the explanation for (a) completely nullifies the reasoning for why (a) is correct over (e).
It's really satisfying when you start to intuitively recognize the overall patterns of the questions and answers and feel increasingly confident in your choices. I've also learned that no matter how much I might want to stubbornly stick with a difficult question until I get the answer, just leaving it alone and going back to it later with a fresh perspective really has helped.
I second the foam earplugs tip. They block out noise 10x better than the provided passive noise cancelling headphones alone.
