I got this wrong TWICE.
I first chose D, then I chose A.
My premise - People will be impressed by the similarities of beauty standards between present day and earlier cultures
My conclusion - beauty is not subjective
I read some comments below and listened to the explanation, sadly could not understand why C was right simply because C shows objectivity. This is because I thought back to the lessons on contrapositive so I simply did not want to assume that the opposite of subjective was objective.
(THE ANSWER choice unknown to me was literally right there, why would they be impressed? because they were already exposed
C is the correct answer because it says that our own standard of beauty is strongly influenced by what was considered beautiful in earlier cultures....APPLYING the wording of the q stem I thought - IF THIS IS TRUE. then this proves that beauty is the same because we only know what we were exposed to and therefore developed an unconscious bias of beauty standards.
It seems like a lot of rambling but it makes sense to me to explain why C is right through this lens.
I'm mad because I fell into the trap of assuming Executive Administrator = Executive Board and appointed and accepted were the same thing
