Just a question on the question stem. Should it not say something along the lines of, “which one of the following exhibits a flawed method of reasoning similar to the one in the passage?” or something like that? This does seem like the argument is confirming the sufficient statement because of the confirmation of the necessity. If you confirm the necessity, it does not mean you confirm the sufficient and that is what the stimulus does.

I originally chose B, but switched to A because I thought that the supplement would be considered a solid food, therefore eating it would decrease lactase.
