I am confused why we automatically assumed that we couldn't discover the aliens. How did he get that from the arg? I feel like the argument could go one way or another.

Ok but for d how can we assume that the mosquito eating bugs didn't eat all of the mosquitos before they had a chance to get caught by the trap? That's why I originally chose D.
