There is a bug in the 7Sage software that is causing me a major issue!

When I first open the question, I am unable to select the highlighter features or select anything in the window. I need to refresh the window to be able to select anything. That resolves the issue, and I am able to select things and use the highlighter. However, it totally warps the timing, and results in a much lower time than is actually accurate. How can I resolve this? Is this a bug that 7Sage needs to resolve?
