I am really not understanding this? isn't A a massive assumption that improving work conditions means you can get qualified agents? How in the world does improving the conditions of work make you more qualified magically?
All we know is that its hard for them to find qualified agents so they can't reduce the load, and hire qualified agents. that's like saying if you need more good quants reduce the amount of problems they are working on so you get more quants. We can't just assume them doing less work makes more people qualified to do the work. that just means qualified people are doing less work, but there are no qualified people to find.
A isnt logical its a massive assumption, I don't get how it gets to that point if we follow the rule of not making assumptions not provided.
I just can't grasp how they jump from improved work conditions = more qualified people, when its never remotely suggested.
So that's what it feels like to have something click in your mind.
im not understanding why you cant get an A and miss a class? If you got a B you missed 1 class or more. Why cant I get an A and miss a class
