@jennawiese We know that the pool is open before noon because the stimulus states that "everyone is permitted to swim at some point each day" and this has to be true.

So there's three people that would be swimming according to the stimulus Children Under 6, Children, and Adults.

We know that from noon and 5 no children under 6 can swim, also that everyday from 5 to close its adults only.

So for the original statement that everyone can swim at some point during each day it has to be true that, ok there must be some time before noon that children under 6 can swim because they cant from noon to close.
