The first sentence in the explanation of AC C might be an error? It says "The main point is about what scholars frequently offer". I believe the writer of this explanation might have meant "is NOT about" instead?
I understand why C is wrong, but would like to point out this error to minimize any confusions others might have in the future when reading the explanation.
@AffectionateProgressiveResponsibility same confusion here! I interpret AC A as negating the sufficient condition, which the answer choice negates the necessary one. My thinking process is like this.
Stimulus:
"Function autonomously -> permits more realistic planning"
The word that indicates the direction of this conditional is "always" in the second sentence.
But the answer choice A seems to imply the following, which to me, seems like a negating the sufficient condition flaw.
"NOT function autonomously -> NOT maximally realistic"
Can anyone help clarify please?
I got this question wrong because I failed to assumed that students drop out for work only if there are employment opportunities ...
For AC D, doesn't getting "redeposited under the surface" mean "prolonged darkness" as stipulated in the last sentence? I chose this choice because I made the assumption of such, but turns out, it's incorrect ...
I chose D because I thought it's simply a repetition of the premise "... received a B in a majority of them", and if anything repeats the premise, it doesn't add anything. Why is my reasoning process wrong? The explanation said that this choice changes the premise from "the majority" to "the vast majority" ...
I falsely selected AC E for Q3, because I fell for the "as" being the indicator of reason, so I thought that Hackley committed herself to musical education BECAUSE of her viewing it as personal mission ...
