The important bit for me was that the caloric content of individual dinners does not differ. The group that works outside the home could eat only once per week, but that one meal could be the exact same as those that do not work outside eat.

The issue I see with with the stimulus is with "only concerns" with respect to selfishness. That would mean that it is the only prerequisite to being selfish, and excludes any other prerequisites. From this, my understanding is that bringing about the best conditions for oneself is not selfish as long as it is no the only result of an action. That would mean that it is possible for self-replication to bring about better conditions for oneself, and that wouldn't make it selfish.

I am having an issue understanding this question, even after watching the explanation. Are we supposed to assume that the consumers that E refers to are rational? It could be the case that those in E are irrationally not acquiring detailed information.

This is a prime example of when a "most" conforming answer is a horrible answer, but the best one.

@junda Since I started studying again (one year break), I've been seeing more and more of these questions. A lot of the time, it seems like LSAC wants us to connect gaps like these one through intuition. There is no formal rule for why we must do this.

I was already mostly for B on my first pass, but the "give credence to" versus the "do not vote" difference made me stand fast on B because the stimulus says "does not deserve our consideration."
