I eliminated E simply because of the first few words "rejects trying to achieve a goal". The stimulus doesn't mention anything about reaching a goal rather just not to do something. I however agreed with the second half of the answer. Stating the word "goal" felt too strong and I need advice on how to distinguish when to be super accurate when relating to the stimulus or a bit leeway with certain words?
