Q25 what threw off was the milk which is a raw product so even if it had an impact on evolution its technically not cooking?

The way i thought about it was roberts arguments could have been just as reasonable as britas -not necessarily MORE- but because she had better control of facts she won the debate. Not sure why this is wrong but still but oh well lol

I don't understand the difference between MBT and sufficient assumption, isn't validity a must be true as well?

You have to accept the conditions given in the stimulus as true, you can't contradict them or choose a different realm of reality if that makes sense. Here, we're told that we're sticking to dry conditions so it's not fairgame to think about possibly wet conditions. Hope that helps
