For Q 18, I was stuck between B and E and I also chose B because I understood the author to be arguing against the idea that the cultural sharing between tribes was problematic or that the sharing would lead to assimilation. But I didn't like AC E either because I thought the author probably felt something stronger than skepticism toward Pan-Indianism.

If all people ingested mercury, we can't really know anything about any one individual who ingested mercury. All we know is that person took mercury just like everyone else.

In a world where everyone takes mercury for something, Beethoven could have been taking it for his venereal disease or he could have been taking it just for fun, so we have no way of knowing if the mercury is even relevant to the alleged venereal disease. Because of that, we need to know that not everyone is taking mercury for the finding of mercury in his hair to be relevant to anything.

I interpreted AC C to mean that things going on in the person's body, other than a previous encounter with the TB bacterium, aren't going to cause a reaction to the test.

I skimmed the ACs and immediately eliminated any with "all" or "none" because the lawgic of the argument was w ←s→ c ‑m→ f. That saved me a lot of time in writing out ACs that contain →. I was able to get the right answer in 1:08.

I got this right, but it took me 7:22 because I wrote out all the ACs. Here is to hoping these questions become more intuitive with practice!

I chose C at first too, and then I realized that the argument was really about the moonlight and not about Klein being able to identify anyone.

This reply is not going to be about law school admissions.

It looks like you have been super busy in undergrad and working really hard. I'm wondering if taking some time after undergrad might give you some time to make sure that law school is really what you want to do. Obviously I don't know you or how you came to the conclusion that you'll apply to law school, but some time away from school can definitely help clarify what you want to do. I commissioned into the army after undergrad and I definitely chose the wrong job for myself and was able to spend my active duty time exploring what I wanted to do next. In my experience, it's just really hard to know exactly what is going to be fulfilling in the long run, especially at 19. Self reflection and passion is great, but so is real world experience in the field you're looking to enter.
